The consignor can only entrust multiple logistics service providers at the same time. The transaction and logistics costs are very high, which leads to the increasing demand for the fourth party logistics service of comprehensive management logistics service. Internet + has created rare conditions for the fourth party logistics service, and has a great impact on the traditional logistics service mode. Through the integration of logistics resources and the establishment of business cooperation alliance, the online and offline integration of logistics services is realized, and the Internet logistics highland is seized.
"Internet + logistics" mode provides great development opportunities for Jiangxi logistics development. Although the logistics industry in Jiangxi Province has made rapid development in recent years, it can not meet the demand of Industrial Trade Development for logistics services. In 2013, the ratio of total social logistics cost to GDP was 19.1%, which was still far higher than the average level of 18% in China, which directly affected the economic development and regional competitiveness of Jiangxi Province. Through the "Internet + logistics" mode, we can integrate the existing logistics resources of Jiangxi Province in the shortest time, build a relatively perfect integrated logistics service network, and maximize the needs of economic and trade development in Jiangxi Province, and transform the regional advantage into economic advantage of Jiangxi Province. Therefore, Jiangxi state control decided to take the fourth party logistics service as the breakthrough point, establish a complete integrated logistics service network system in Jiangxi Province by establishing a fourth party logistics company and integrating logistics resources, so as to effectively improve the current situation of scattered distribution of logistics resources and high logistics cost in Jiangxi Province. At present, Jiangxi state-controlled fourth party logistics platform has reached cooperation intention with 18 large and medium-sized comprehensive 3PL, with 183 service outlets covering all the first-class cities in all provinces except Qinghai, Inner Mongolia and Tibet (covering the first and second-class cities in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta), and has developed 1500 national Jiangxi Nanchang special lines and 20 Jiangxi national special lines There are 1200 drivers under 3PL and 1700 direct drivers.
In addition, Jiangxi state control will choose key node cities in Jiangxi Province to invest in the construction of Physical Logistics Information Port as the offline operation carrier of the fourth party logistics platform. At present, it has signed a logistics information port development agreement with Gongqingcheng and Fengcheng governments. All the projects have established development companies and are preparing for planning and construction. Among them, the 100 mu project of Gongqing Logistics Port Phase I project has completed the three links and one leveling, geotechnical engineering survey and line reconstruction; the preparation of the conceptual planning and design scheme and feasibility study report of the project has been basically completed. We are pressing ahead with the implementation of the project. The feasibility study report of Fengping port logistics project has been started in September.
In order to maximize the efficiency of urban distribution through joint distribution and solve the last kilometer distribution problem, Jiangxi state control also plans to build an urban logistics distribution center in Nanchang. At the same time, in addition to its own main logistics distribution center, Jiangxi state control is screening and negotiating with Nanchang's existing freight market, logistics center and storage center, as the offline franchise cargo distribution and sorting center of urban distribution platform, and to build the operation system of urban distribution platform.
